'Fitness Over 50 | A Rain Filled Tractor Tire Workout'

'The tractor tire was fairly full of water. That made it heavier which would not have been as much a problem except it sloshed around while I tried to work. Dead lifts were pretty much impossible.   My stomach muscles were feeling it since I began doing sit ups in the tire.   I put down a tarp to try to make a drier work surface. I think I have a better idea. I will get a 3/4 inch rubber mat from the farm store. That will make a good work surface.  I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of \"Fitness Over 50.\" It is my goal to build a community of like minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 59, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with: -Regular cycling,  -Frequent resistance training and  -Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating -Ice packs (thermogenesis)  are the main elements to my fitness plan.
